It was 25 today and sunny - excellent conditions for a race in the Durham Forest! Alicia Pallister finished 11th after being sick last week. The rest of the team put in strong efforts. Now we have 3 weeks to train for LOSSA on October 24 at Lakeview Park in Oshawa. Go Talons Go!
